Writing the same thing again
Quotes, follow-ups, the reply you have written a hundred times. You start from a blank page anyway, because the last good one is buried in a thread from March.
You already pay for one. It still does not know your prices, your clients, or the way you write. I set it up on your real work over three sessions, and you keep it.

You keep all of it
The small ones that quietly take the afternoon.
Quotes, follow-ups, the reply you have written a hundred times. You start from a blank page anyway, because the last good one is buried in a thread from March.
The invoice, the contract, the photo of the job. You know it exists. Ten minutes later you are still looking, and you have lost the thread of what you were doing.
How the quote gets priced, what goes in the follow-up, which supplier to call first. It is all in your head, so it all comes back to you.
We load your real documents and your past messages, so what comes back sounds like you and uses your prices, not a generic template you have to rewrite.
Your documents and your notes sit where it can reach them. You ask for the number you agreed in March and it opens the file, instead of asking you to find it.
The tasks that eat your week get written down properly, one time, while you are thinking clearly. After that you ask for it by name and it runs the same way every time.
Voice input, set up on the last session, for when your hands are full or you are driving. You say it once and it writes the thing.
I run my own work on this before it goes anywhere near yours. There is a server in my name doing it right now.
About an hour each, in person, on your own machine. You leave every session already using it.
We get the accounts in place and load your business into it: your documents, your past messages, the way you talk to clients. Before you leave we run a real task, not a demo one.
You leave with
it already answering in your voice
We take the tasks that eat your week and run them together until the output is good enough to send. Those become the jobs you ask for by name.
You leave with
your own named jobs
Voice set up so you can talk instead of type, answers set short or detailed to your taste, a one page cheat sheet of exactly what to say, and anyone else on your team who needs it.
You leave with
the cheat sheet, and the keys
If you cannot run it without me, I have not built you anything. I have built myself a customer.

A monthly arrangement for the businesses that want to keep going: new jobs added as they come up, the setup kept sharp as your work changes, and me on the other end when something breaks.
Priced on the call, once I know what you are moving.
No. If you can use email you can run this. By the last session you are the one driving it.
No. This is the assistant you use yourself, on your own machine, doing the work you repeat every week.
Three sessions of about an hour, spread over roughly a week, so you use it in between and we fix whatever felt clunky.
Everything stays on your machine and your accounts. You keep your passwords and I never ask for them. Anything confidential you do not want inside the assistant, you tell me and it stays out.
Yes. It runs on your accounts and your machine. If you cannot run it without me, I have not built you anything.
Sessions are in person around Montreal. Further out we do them over a call and a screen share, which works just as well.
Twenty minutes on a call. If the setup is not right for you I will say so, and you will still leave knowing what to fix.
